These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website [jobride.io] (the "Site") and the services provided by Nelcosoft Sp. z o.o., operating under the laws of the Republic of Poland, with its registered office at ul. Plac Bankowy 2, 00-095 Warszawa, KRS: 0001025004, NIP: 5252947629, REGON: 524733174 (hereinafter "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By checking the "I agree to the Terms of Service" box, submitting a payment, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

1.1. IT and Data Routing Service: The Company provides administrative, informative, and technical data processing services. Our Service consists of collecting information (including your resume, contact details, and career preferences) submitted by you via the Site and routing/forwarding this data to our network of partner companies, agencies, and potential employers in the European Union. 1.2. Not an Employment Agency: The Company is strictly an Information Technology (IT) service provider. We are NOT a recruitment agency, employment agency, visa sponsor, or immigration consultancy. 1.3. No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that submitting your data will result in an employment offer, an interview, visa approval, relocation assistance, or any response from our partners. The decision to contact or employ you rests entirely with the third-party partner companies.

2. Eligibility

2.1. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. 2.2. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information. Any false information may result in the rejection of your data by our partners.

3. Payments and Refund Policy

3.1. Processing Fee: The Company charges a one-time, non-recurring fee for the technical processing, review, and routing of your submitted application to our partner network. 3.2. Non-Refundable: Because our Service is fully executed and delivered at the moment your data is processed and formatted for the partner network (which happens immediately upon successful submission and payment), the processing fee is strictly non-refundable. 3.3. By finalizing the transaction via our payment processor (Stripe), you explicitly acknowledge that the service begins immediately and you waive your right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) under EU consumer protection regulations. 3.4. Failure to secure employment or a visa does not constitute grounds for a refund, chargeback, or dispute, as our Service obligations (data transmission) were met.

4. User Obligations

4.1. You must not submit data that is defamatory, illegal, or infringes on the rights of third parties. 4.2. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share the information and documents you provide to us.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nelcosoft Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your inability to find employment, or any denial of a visa/work permit. 5.2. We are not responsible for the actions, privacy practices, or decisions of the third-party employers or agencies to whom your data is forwarded.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content, design, text, graphics, and technical infrastructure on the Site are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. 7.2. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Warsaw, Poland.

8. Modifications to Terms

8.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
