This document is a public offer by Nelcosoft Sp. z o.o. (the "Company"). By completing and submitting the form and (or) making a payment, you accept the terms of this offer in full.

1. About the Company

The Company is a technology (IT) company. We develop and maintain an online service that processes and delivers user data. The Company does not provide employment or recruitment services, it is not a recruitment agency and it is not an employer.

2. Subject

The Company provides access to an online service that processes your application and delivers it to recruitment agencies and employers that have relevant requests. The service is technical and informational in nature and consists of processing and delivering data, not of employment.

3. Price and payment

The price of the service is EUR 32 (a one-time fee) for processing your application and delivering it within the service. Payment is made through a secure payment provider. The fee is paid for the technical service of processing and delivering data, not for a guaranteed result.

4. No guarantee

The Company does not guarantee employment, a call, an interview, a visa or any other specific outcome. The outcome depends on third parties (agencies and employers), the availability of their requests and the data you provide.

5. User obligations

You undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date data. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data. The Company is not liable for the consequences of providing false or incomplete information.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for the decisions and actions of recruitment agencies and employers, nor for any indirect damages or loss of profit. The Company is not a party to any employment relationship and provides only the technical processing and delivery of data. The Company's total liability is in any case limited to the amount actually paid by you.

7. Right of withdrawal

The service is provided in digital form. By requesting that the service begin immediately, you consent to its commencement and acknowledge that, once the processing and delivery of the application has begun, the right of withdrawal is lost in accordance with applicable law.

8. Governing law

This offer is governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Disputes are resolved by the court competent for the Company's seat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
