This Policy explains how Nelcosoft Sp. z o.o. (the "Company", "we") processes the personal data of users of the website. The Company acts as the data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data we collect

The data you provide in the form: first and last name, date of birth, gender, citizenship and country of residence, contact details (email, phone), information about your profession, experience, education, languages and work preferences, as well as technical data (IP address, browser type, cookies).

2. Purposes and legal basis

We process your data to provide the matching service: to handle your application and present it to partner recruitment agencies and employers that have relevant requests. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Website analytics is based on our legitimate interest or your consent.

3. Who we share data with

We share your application with vetted recruitment agencies and employers in Europe, the USA and the UAE, and with service providers (hosting, payments, analytics) acting on our behalf. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we apply the safeguards required by law.

4. Retention

We keep your data only for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal requirements, after which we delete or anonymise it.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland, the President of the UODO).

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

7. Our role

The Company provides an information and intermediation service: we connect candidates with agencies and employers. Decisions on hiring, terms and formalities are taken solely by those third parties. The Company is not an employer and is not responsible for their decisions or actions.
