  • Contractual Necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): To process your application, execute our payment transaction, and perform our IT routing service by securely transmitting your data to our partner network.

  • Partnered Employers and Agencies: Your data is specifically collected to be forwarded to potential employers or hiring agencies in the EU that are part of our network. Once transferred, these entities process your data as independent Data Controllers under their own privacy policies.
  • Service Providers: We use trusted third-party providers such as Stripe (for payments) and cloud hosting services located within the EEA to process and store your data securely.
  • Legal Authorities: If required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.

5. Data Retention

  • Candidate profile and application data will be kept in our secure database for up to 2 years to ensure our partners can access your profile for future opportunities, unless you request early deletion.
  • Financial transaction records will be kept as required by Polish tax laws (typically 5 years).
